How to use the portal

Pick your role for step-by-step instructions on creating an account and using the portal.

Create your account

  1. On the home page choose Register as a Parent, or use Register at the top of the page and pick the Parent tab.

  2. Enter the player’s full name, high school and position.

  3. Leave Team as Unassigned unless you have been told the team. Admins assign teams and jersey numbers.

  4. Enter your own email (the parent email) and a password of at least 12 characters, then confirm it.

  5. Choose Create account. Save the recovery code that appears.

Only one account should be created per player. If your player already registered, use their sign-in instead of creating a second account, or the player will appear twice.

Finish registration (My Player)

  1. After creating the account, choose "Continue player registration", or open My Player in the menu.

  2. Fill in the parent or guardian name, email and phone, the home address (street, city, state and ZIP), and an emergency contact.

  3. Choose Save draft to come back later, or Submit registration when everything is filled in.

Use a parent email that is checked often. The game confirmation and document reminders go to both the player and the parent.

Upload documents within 14 days

  1. Once registration is submitted you have 14 days to upload the sports physical and the program photo on the My Player page.

  2. The due date is shown at the top of My Player and on your Dashboard.

  3. A reviewer approves each upload. If one is rejected, upload a new copy.

Pay the $200 registration fee

  1. Open Payments, choose Registration fee as the type. The $200.00 amount fills in for you.

  2. Choose how you are paying (credit card, check or cash) and submit.

  3. Accounting verifies the payment, and the checklist on My Player is marked complete.

Fundraising and ads

  1. Submitting registration turns on the player’s personal fundraising page. Edit the fundraising message from My Player and share the page link with family and friends.

  2. Record donations under Payments. They are credited to your player.

  3. Create program book ads under Ads once registration is submitted. Ads are reviewed and approved by an editor.

  4. Check the Leaderboard to see the top fundraisers, individually and by team.

Game day

  1. A confirmation email is sent Monday, June 7 to the player and parent.

  2. Player and coach check-in is Tuesday, June 15.

  3. The Shrine Game is Saturday, June 19.

  4. Family members can buy game, banquet and All Star Club tickets under Tickets. Tickets arrive with a QR code that is scanned at the gate.

Signing in and your password

  1. Sign in any time from the Sign in button at the top of the page using your email and password.

  2. To change your password while signed in, open Password in the menu.

  3. Forgot your password? Choose "Forgot password" on the sign-in page, enter your email and the recovery code you saved when you created your account, then pick a new password.

Your recovery code is shown only once, right after you create your account. Write it down or save a screenshot.
